James was having some issues with a wobble in the cut – so gave us a call to discuss the issue.

With some remote diagnose we noticed the bearings and pinion may need to be replaced to get the original accuracy and smooth cut quality that the machine needs.

So James booked in a time that was suitable for his production and we drove 8 hours up to Parkes NSW to start the job.

Noticing the bearings had not been greased regularly and the usual wear and tear of the machine it was a good decision to change these parts.

1 full day of labour and the next day it was ready for cutting, and straight away with the first cut there was a noticeable quality difference.

Now he is ready to start cutting each job with the accuracy he was getting from Day 1 of the machine installation.
