CNC Machine: Farley TruEDGE XPR300 Plasma Machine (Australian Made)
Machine Company : All Roads Transport
When All Roads Transport needed to replace their old air plasma machine, the goal was clear — improve cut quality, reduce downtime, and invest in a solution backed by reliable local support. Working alongside Farley LaserLab Australia’s service agent in Perth, they chose to speak with Farley LaserLab Australia about upgrading to an X-Definition plasma system.
Their key priorities were improved cut quality, greater machine reliability, strong local support, and overall cost efficiency — all areas where Farley LaserLab Australia was able to deliver.
While they also explored options from resellers simply importing machines directly from overseas, even the lower-quality air plasma systems were priced higher than the complete solution offered by Farley LaserLab Australia. More importantly, they valued knowing the machine was manufactured in Australia with a full Bill of Materials available, ensuring the machine is supported not only today, but well into the next 15 years.
As a trailer manufacturer themselves, All Roads Transport already understood that many of Australia’s leading trailer manufacturers rely on Farley Plasma and Laser machines, including Midland Industries, Krueger Transport Equipment, Kennedy Trailers, Howard Porter, Tuff Trailers, and many more. That gave them confidence the Farley LaserLab solution would deliver everything they needed for long-term production success.

CNC Machine: Farley Smart 175 Tonne Pressbrake
Machine Company: Midland Industries
Midland Industries has been a long-time customer of Farley LaserLab Australia, with its primary production operations based in Parkes, NSW. As the company expanded and opened a new factory in Kyneton, Victoria, the goal was to replicate the machinery and workflow of the original facility so excess production could be efficiently transferred to the new site.
One of the most important machines required for the new factory was a press brake, which made Farley LaserLab Australia’s stock 175 Tonne, 7 Axis, Delem 66 press brake the ideal solution to get operations running quickly and efficiently. To further complete the factory setup, a new plasma machine is also currently in production and scheduled for installation.
With several new operators who had not previously used a press brake, the project also required extensive onsite training and guidance around tooling selection and programming. Farley LaserLab Australia’s technicians spent additional time working closely with both the operators and programmers, helping them understand the machine, select the correct tooling, and ensure the new production team could operate confidently and efficiently from day one.
